One of the four biggest servers of Hacettepe.edu.tr, chromosome.hacettepe.edu.tr’s mail server has a vulnerabilitiy that you may send an e-mail from any address to any @hacettepe.edu.tr without any authentication. Reported vulnerability for Windows 98 & XP on registry system

Windows do not protect its own Registry System. If you delete a key which is important for the system, Windows would not warn you.
